Marissa Brownell
Support and Admin
Marissa is driven by a genuine love for people and meaningful connection. As a part-time support member for Brownell Design Studios and a full-time stay-at-home mom to our two children, she brings heart, steadiness, and warmth to everything she touches. Before our move to Kentucky, Marissa spent years supporting women and girls who experienced trafficking and managing transitional homes for youth aging out of foster care across Nashville, California, and Washington, D.C. She also co-launched a small organic produce business with local Amish friends, blending her entrepreneurial spirit with her commitment to healthy living. Today, Marissa brings that same compassion, experience, and organization to BDS—caring for our family while helping us deepen our connection with the clients and community we serve.
