We want you to have a wonderful experience when you place an order with us. Our platform makes it easy to order and manage all your orders that you have with us. We have these instructions, but we also have video tutorials for you to follow if you need! We can also schedule a personalized on-boarding to help you make the most of your investment.
1. Sign up, or sign in
Click on the “Start your Order” button located throughout the site. The agent information you share becomes your profile information on your portal. It is easily updated or completed within the portal.
2. Pick your media package and add-ons
We have a lot of options to choose from. Photos only, photos and drone, video and a number of add-ons to meet your marketing needs.
3. Enter your listing information
Add the address and basic information about the listing. You can also schedule the shoot too!
4. Place your order
No worry ordering meads you don’t pay until you download, so if you order the wrong package size or options, we can make those adjustments so you get what you need.
That’s it! You’ve placed your first order! Next time you can go to the “Returning Clients” button and place new orders from your portal, or give us a call and we’ll take your order right over the phone. We are here to serve you!
